Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize resident care effectively

• Keep accurate documentation of care assessments and plans

• Ensure safety through the identification of risks

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings regularly

• Lead nursing staff with compassion and guidance

Requirements:

• BSN degree from an accredited institution required

• Preferred 1 year nursing experience

• Ensure active registration with CARNA

• Strong observational and communication skills required

• CPR certification and knowledge of RAI/MDS 2.0 preferred
