Empower residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Bethany College side in Red Deer, Alberta. In this part-time position, you will provide compassionate care focused on dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform extensive nursing assessments based on resident needs

• Document all interventions and outcomes in compliance with policies

• Contribute to maintaining safety for all residents

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and encourage learning

• Supervise and support Health Care Aides when required

Requirements:

• Graduate of a licensed practical nursing program

• Registration with the College of LPNs in Alberta

• Preferred prior LPN experience

• Strong critical thinking and communication competencies

• Current CPR certification; dementia care knowledge is ideal
