In this role, you will serve as a primary care provider for pediatric patients aged newborn to 16 years. You will utilize your professional nursing knowledge, assessment skills, and clinical judgment to provide exceptional patient care. Collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team is key, ensuring optimal health outcomes and promoting a safe environment for care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in pediatrics
• Conduct thorough pediatric assessments
• Advocate for family involvement in care
• Mentor colleagues and students in nursing practices
• Maintain safety and adherence to nursing policies
Requirements:
• Active registration with CRNA
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Recent pediatric experience preferred
