Public Works Labourer - Summer Student

Term: May - August 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM (Weekends Off!)

• Most Summer Labourer positions are typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with one or two Saturday shifts scheduled over the season.
• One position is dedicated to support the Transfer Site and works Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with Tuesday & Saturday shifts at 10 am to 6 pm.

The hourly wage for Public Works Labourer (Seasonal) is $23.24 / hour to $26.02 / hour, as per the CUPE Local 417 Collective Agreement 2025 - 2027.
