• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (with a Crew Leader) and perform our services. This position will perform Holiday Lighting Installations and our year round cleaning services (such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc.).
• You will perform quality assurance checks to ensure service standards. Attention to detail is a must!
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap and prepare for the next assignment.
• This is a seasonal position. Commitment is through mid-December in preparation for the Holiday busy season.
• This season position has the opportunity to become a more permanent position if desired.

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, carry, and climb a ladder – up to 75 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights, and be willing to work at height every day
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Must be able to work Saturdays (during busy seasons)

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
