GATX Quality Control Supervisor

Lead quality initiatives as the Quality Control Supervisor age inspections, audits, and enhancement efforts to meet compliance standards.

You'll support the execution of quality programs and manage hold point inspections, ensuring that all results are documented and defects are resolved. With your expertise, assist in internal audits, coordinate corrective actions, and serve as a technical resource. This role demands strong communication skills and an ability to engage with various team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections after repairs and finishing

• Document findings and lead discussions on trends

• Support internal audits to confirm adherence

• Implement corrective actions for identified issues

• Train personnel on quality program requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma

• Three years of related experience required

• General Inspector Qualification needed

• Must possess or obtain VT certification

• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office
