This pivotal role requires strong leadership in inspection and testing activities to ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards. You will also support shop floor teams, collaborate across departments, and tackle quality issues directly. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and maintaining inspection equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inspection and testing activities for product quality
• Perform regular process and product audits for compliance
• Identify and resolve product non-conformances effectively
• Ensure all inspection equipment is maintained and calibrated
• Collaborate on quality improvement projects and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing settings
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality systems
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
