At Central Alberta Co-op, we’re looking for a dedicated Agro Admin I to join our team at our Innisfail Agro Centre. Position: Agro Admin I

Part-time: 24 - 36 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all customers are pleasantly welcomed

Process special customer requests in an efficient and friendly manner

Operate point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency

Ensure that adequate office supplies and stationery are always on hand and order supplies as needed

Assist with internal audits as well as process all incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices and product

Complete accurate daily cash-up reconciliations and deposits and inform the manager of any discrepancies

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

High school education preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Team player with the ability to work independently

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
