Key Responsibilities:

• Direct sales workers and assign their responsibilities

• Handle payment authorizations and manage merchandise returns

• Order products and keep inventory organized

• Resolve customer complaints and address supply problems

• Prepare reports regarding sales and personnel management

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school mandatory

• 7 months to under 1 year of relevant work experience

• Must hold a permanent or valid temporary residency

• Capable of managing a small team

• Strong knowledge of retail and inventory management
