Lead your team as a Front End Supervisor at RONA in a 6-month contract role. Ensure exceptional customer service and effective training for frontend staff every day.
As a Front End Supervisor at RONA, you'll oversee service standards and cash operations within our stores.
Your role includes training new associates, providing customer support, and managing daily store procedures. Utilize your organization and detail-oriented skills while contributing to a supportive work environment that values your input.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise frontend staff for excellent service
• Oversee register coverage and supply usage
• Process refunds and monitor cash drawers
• Perform store opening and closing procedures
• Assist and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• At least 1 year in team supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to train and mentor new associates
