Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in delivering engaging product displays

• Train staff on effective merchandising and inventory techniques

• Organize and manage the movement of plant deliveries

• Monitor merchandise quality and inventory replenishment

• Ensure customer engagement through excellent service

Requirements:

• Previous retail merchandising experience needed

• At least 2 years in leadership or management roles

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
