Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support for membership and retail transactions

• Engage members in a professional and welcoming manner

• Assess member needs and connect them to appropriate representatives

• Complete various administrative tasks as necessary

• Offer back-up support for Member Services Coordinators

Requirements:

• High school diploma and updated Police Information Check

• 1-2 years of retail or administrative experience

• Strong communication skills and sales experience

• Positive attitude and genuine desire to assist members

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
