About the Role
The Sales Lead will fully immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support both Managers and Sales Associates in driving the success of the store.

- Coaching and inspiring the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance. Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
- Results‑oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of care.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results.
- Master of time management, setting and adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
