UFA Assistant Store Manager Position

Reporting to the Sr. Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations s role calls for one to three years of progressive experience in supervisory roles, emphasizing sales and customer service in a B2B environment. You’ll motivate staff, ensure compliance with policies, and support a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager with compliance and policy adherence

• Supervise the team to meet safety and sales goals

• Ensure accurate POS process and promotions adherence

• Maintain product displays according to corporate standards

• Step in as Store Manager in their absence

Requirements:

• Required Grade 12 Diploma with relevant experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with point-of-sale and BI systems

• Obtain necessary certifications for the role

• Pass drug and alcohol screening process
