Customer-Focused Service Team Member

Become a vital part of the team at Michaels in Red Deer, AB, as a Service Team Member. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service while assisting with sales, checkouts, and merchandise displays.

In this role, you will support customers by locating products, enhancing their shopping experience, and providing solutions to inquiries. Your friendly demeanor will be crucial during checkout processes and promoting store programs. Engage customers in the latest perks of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, while also educating them about feedback opportunities through our VOC survey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers during their shopping experience

• Facilitate a quick and efficient checkout process

• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit enrollments

• Support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS

• Participate in merchandise recovery and store maintenance

Requirements:

• Preferred retail or customer service experience

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store

• Capable of heavy lifting and bending

• Comfort with varied work hours, including nights and weekends

• Must be at least 16 years old
