Position: Retail Store Supervisor Needed Immediately
Help lead our retail team as a Retail Store Supervisor, earning $25.00 per hour in a full-time capacity. Drive sales and team dynamics on-site at our store.

This role involves overseeing sales activities and managing staff assignments in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll be responsible for managing customer issues, organizing inventory, and preparing detailed sales reports. Your ability to coordinate activities will significantly impact overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities and assign tasks to sales workers

• Handle merchandise returns and customer service inquiries

• Build work schedules for the sales team

• Actively sell merchandise to meet sales goals

• Prepare sales and personnel reports regularly

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary high school graduation required

• Between 1 and 7 months of supervisory experience preferred

• Physical presence at the retail location is mandatory

• Exceptional organizational and customer resolution skills

• Competence in managing inventory effectively
