Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold customer service standards in the community
• Manage staff training and scheduling responsibilities
• Enforce adherence to corporate operational standards
• Oversee order placements and maintain store inventory

Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in retail management
• Outgoing personality with strong service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Knowledge of POS systems essential
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly
