Your role will center around helping customers discover beauty products that meet their needs while promoting engagement in programs like PC Optimum. You will use your consultative skills to provide personalized beauty consultations, manage retail sales, and invite customers to special in-store events. Experience creating a positive environment both for customers and coworkers will be key in this position.
