Position: Sephora Interim Manager with Client Focus
Lead as an Interim Manager at Sephora Canada, enhancing client experiences through effective team management and event coordination in Red Deer, AB.
At Sephora, you will be responsible for managing all services, events and staff training within the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio. Your expertise will empower Beauty Advisors to provide elevated client service by leveraging technology. You will also ensure efficient event management to create meaningful client learning opportunities in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of the Beauty Studio daily

• Ensure effective staffing levels for services

• Direct all in-store events to maximize engagement

• Support ongoing training for Beauty Advisors

• Address performance management issues promptly
Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in retail leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to train and develop leaders

• Background in high-volume retail stores

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
