Retail Inside Sales Associate

Join our team in Red Deer as a Retail Inside Sales Associate! This full-time, permanent position involves in-person and phone sales to retail customers with order processing responsibilities.
In this role, you will manage sales interactions with retail customers, process commercial orders, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving. Expect to utilize the point of sale system and maintain stock levels in both the retail area and warehouse, while representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage retail customers through in-person and phone sales

• Accurately process orders for commercial customers

• Participate in shipping and receiving activities

• Restock shelves and monitor stock levels regularly

• Conduct opening and closing procedures for the facility
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year sales experience preferred

• 1-year experience in shipping/receiving preferred

• Valid Class5 license needed

• Ability to lift up to 60lbs independently
