In this role, you will work closely with the OTC Department Manager and Pharmacy Manager to maintain high standards in the department. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer relations who can help ensure everything is properly stocked and organized. Your focus will be on confidentiality and minimizing pricing errors while optimizing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers with OTC product inquiries
• Maintain organized areas with proper zoning
• Monitor stock rotation and check for expired items
• Adhere to pricing, ordering, and markdown procedures
• Keep the OTC area clean and safe
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years required
• Commitment to patient confidentiality
• Knowledge of retail and customer service principles
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Familiarity with inventory management
