Drive operational standards as a Franchise Operations Leader with The Brick. Ensure excellence in merchandising and training across various franchise locations.
This role supports the Senior Director of Franchise through comprehensive operations oversight. You will conduct store visits, analyze performance metrics, and engage with new franchise owners to elevate operational practices. The position focuses on maintaining high standards while fostering collaboration amongst regional teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit stores for openings, transitions, and performance reviews
• Train new franchise owners on operations and compliance
• Review daily reports and performance metrics
• Resolve discrepancies with sales and balancing teams
• Support underperforming stores through targeted action
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus 2-3 years leadership experience
• Comprehensive understanding of operations management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide accountability and results
• Travel availability for store assessments
