Position: Inside Sales Opportunity
Elevate retail sales in Red Deer with our Inside Sales role! Focus on customer interactions both in person and over the phone, processing orders and managing the warehouse efficiently.

As an inside sales representative, your main responsibilities will involve selling products to retail customers, handling order processing, and overseeing shipping/receiving. You will utilize the point of sale system to track sales, keep retail shelves stocked, and ensure a well-organized warehouse while opening and closing the facility as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell products to retail clients via phone and in person

• Process commercial orders with precision

• Manage shipping and receiving operations

• Keep inventory stocked on retail shelves

• Perform opening and closing duties of the facility

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred

• Minimum 1 year shipping/receiving experience preferred

• Valid Class5 license necessary

• Capability to lift 160lbs with assistance
