As a Senior Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand with pride. Engage guests through the AEO Selling Model, educate them about product details, and introduce the loyalty program. Your duties extend to various store areas, where your teamwork and problem-solving skills will enhance everyone's shopping journey. A commitment to upholding company policies makes you a vital part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the AEO Selling Model for customer engagement

• Share knowledge about AE and Aerie products

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests

• Assist efficiently across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Address guest concerns while respecting company policies

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is beneficial

• Flexible availability for peak shopping hours

• Genuine enthusiasm for AE and Aerie

• Strong multitasking abilities in a busy environment

• Minimum age of 18 required
