Client Ambassador - Bower Place

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is looking for an individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service for our customers. If you have a passion for sales, merchandising, promoting brand initiatives and supporting your community through H&B's purpose work, we would love to chat with you about being part of our Red Deer team at our Bower Place location.

As a Client Ambassador, you will uphold the Hillberg & Berk culture and create an environment committed to exceeding client expectations with the highest level of service. You will meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to promote brand initiatives. You will share customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations with the Retail Store Management Team. You will have a keen eye for merchandising and assist in maintaining visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished at all times.

Minimum of two years retail sales experience, excellent communication and time management skills.
