Providing guidance to new consultants is also essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer questions and concerns as needed

• Assist with visual merchandising and store operations

• Drive customer engagement through product knowledge

• Support training of new team members

• Act as a responsible role model for the team

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role required

• Genuine passion for retail beauty

• Effective communication and active listening skills

• Able to multitask and work independently

• Capable of lifting products up to 25 lbs.
