Your responsibilities will include utilizing the AEO Selling Model to engage shoppers, promoting brand loyalty programs, and flexibly moving between various store areas to ensure guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AEO Selling Model for effective customer interactions

• Educate shoppers on product features and benefits

• Promote and explain the loyalty program to guests

• Assist across various store zones as needed

• Proactively resolve guest issues while adhering to policies

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is an asset

• High energy and ability to juggle multiple tasks

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• At least 18 years of age

• Enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products
