As a Bakery/Deli Supervisor, you will direct team operations, coordinate department activities, and promote Co-op memberships. Your experience in retail and strong communication skills will be critical in enhancing our customer service and operational goals. Working 40 hours per week, you'll enjoy benefits after three months, with flexibility for weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a productive bakery and deli team

• Manage merchandise ordering and display

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced settings
