Security and Loss Prevention Associate

Defend store assets and ensure safety as a Security and Loss Prevention Associate. Conduct patrols, investigate shrink incidents, and handle emergency situations efficiently.

This role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment for all stakeholders including customers, associates, and vendors. Daily tasks involve securing the facility through patrols, investigating instances of shrink, and effectively communicating findings to leadership. You'll also support store evacuations and work on assigned investigations regarding theft or organized retail crime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily patrols to secure the store

• Investigate instances of internal and external theft

• Communicate crucial findings to management

• Assist in emergency procedures and evacuations

• Participate in investigations as assigned

Requirements:

• Security Guard License is required
