This temporary role demands that you hold a valid security guard license in Alberta and are ready for flexible, intensive shifts. You’ll work on various assignments that could involve organized protests and man-made disasters, ensuring safety and security measures are met. Excellent communication and crisis management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy to sites for labor disruptions and organized protests
• Manage situations in man-made crises and disasters
• Document incidents through effective report writing
• Uphold security protocols under minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
• Active security guard license in Alberta
• Ability to travel and commit to 12-hour shifts
• Availability for 84 hours per week
• Proficient in English reading and writing
• Experienced in de-escalating confrontational scenarios
