Licensed Security Guard in Alberta

This position requires a valid Alberta security guard license and flexibility for travel on short notice. Ideal candidates should be prepared for 12-hour shifts, detailing various scenarios from man-made crises to crime scenes. Strong report writing and the ability to de-escalate situations are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide security during labor disruptions and organized protests
• Respond to man-made crises like fires and crime scenes
• Maintain high vigilance and professionalism throughout assignments
• Write detailed reports as required
• Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently
Requirements:
• Valid security guard license in Alberta
• Flexibility to travel for assignments
• Ability to work 84 hours a week
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Experience in managing confrontational situations
