Position: Security Associate Role Resort
Join Red Deer Resort & Casino as a Hotel Security Associate, dedicated to fostering a safe environment for guests and staff. This position demands strong observational skills and a commitment to safety protocols.

Working under the Security Manager, you'll ensure guest and associate safety while performing various security responsibilities. Key tasks include incident reporting, patrolling the premises, and assisting guests when necessary. You will greet hotel associates and guests positively, embodying the resort's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety in hotel areas for guests and staff

• Create detailed reports on incidents and emergencies

• Conduct routine patrols both inside and outside the hotel

• Escort guests as needed safely

• Provide assistance to colleagues in distress

Requirements:

• 2 years of preferred experience in customer service

• 2 years of preferred security experience

• Certification in De-Escalation and First Aid Level “C”

• Pro Serve and Protect Certification required

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
