Position: Paladin Security Healthcare Guard

Paladin Security is looking for full-time Healthcare Security Guards to work in various facilities throughout Red Deer, including long-term care centers and hospitals. In this role, you will engage in community safety on a  4 Days On / 4 Days Off schedule at Tofield Health Centre, starting August 1, 2026. Our managers provide all-day support to navigate the emotional challenges of this essential profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee access in/out of healthcare facilities

• Respond to incidents detected on surveillance feeds

• Conduct security patrols to check for hazards

• Quickly address alarm signals and emergency calls

• Report any unusual activities to the appropriate parties

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• First Aid and CPR Level C Certification

• Valid Security License

• Experience in challenging work environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
