Position: Patient Watch Position at Paladin Security

Enhance patient safety and security with Paladin Security as a Patient Watch professional in hospitals. This full-time, on-call role demands outstanding customer service while you monitor at-risk patients.

In this role, you will ensure the security and confidentiality of patients posing a danger to themselves or others. Ideal candidates must possess open availability for weekend and overnight shifts, along with a valid class 5 driver’s license to travel between hospital locations. Your skills in de-escalation and incident reporting will be vital as you support both patients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient's safety and report changes promptly

• Employ de-escalation techniques for stakeholder safety

• Log all incidents reported by staff and maintain detailed records

• Utilize two-way radios and computer systems for communication

• Stay alert and composed during emergency situations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• First Aid and CPR – Level C Certification

• Open availability for all shifts

• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion
