Paladin Security is seeking dedicated Security Professionals to join their Healthcare Division. Positions are available in hospitals, private clinics, and long-term care facilities. With 24-hour support from experienced management, you’ll work in dynamic environments and play a crucial role in ensuring public safety and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide access control for the facility and restricted areas
• Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents promptly
• Conduct regular facility patrols and identify risks
• Respond quickly to alarms and emergency situations
• Report irregularities and document incidents as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
• Valid Security License mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle physically and emotionally demanding tasks
