On Call Healthcare Security Guard

Join Paladin Security's Healthcare Division in Red Deer as an On Call Healthcare Security Guard. Utilize your communication and de-escalation skills while ensuring safety in various healthcare settings.

In this role, you will work a 7 on, 7 off rotation, providing security at hospitals, private clinics, and long-term care facilities. You’ll be responsible for access control, incident monitoring, and ensuring patient safety while offering excellent customer service. Our supportive management team is dedicated to your success, providing guidance around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access in and out of healthcare facilities

• Monitor incidents using security cameras

• Patrol grounds checking for safety risks

• Respond to alarms and emergency calls

• Investigate and report irregularities daily

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification

• Valid Security License

• Strong communication and de-escalation skills

• Ability to handle physically and emotionally demanding situations
