Paladin Security seeks full-time Healthcare Security Guards to ensure the safety of healthcare facilities and their users. The position offers a stable work environment with predictable scheduling and opportunities for additional earnings through travel reimbursement. Ideal candidates will excel in communication and conflict de-escalation while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide access control and monitor restricted areas

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas

• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and assistance requests

• Support healthcare staff during critical situations

• Assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

• Availability for 7-day on/off shift rotation

• Willingness to work day and night shifts

• Comfortable in a healthcare setting
