Become a critical member of Paladin Security's Healthcare team as a Healthcare Guard on call. Utilize your skills in communication and crisis management at various healthcare facilities in Red Deer.

This flexible position features a 7 on, 7 off shift rotation, where you'll monitor patient safety, control access, and respond to incidents across hospitals and long-term care environments. Our dedicated management team emphasizes employee support and effective risk management in this demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide controlled access to healthcare facilities

• Monitor security cameras for incidents

• Conduct routine patrols for safety issues

• Respond to emergency alarms and calls

• Investigate incidents and maintain incident reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED needed

• Certification in First Aid and CPR - Level C required

• Must hold a valid Security License

• Strong interpersonal and de-escalation abilities

• Willingness to work in challenging environments
