This role operates on a 7 on, 7 off rotation between days and nights, ensuring a work-life balance. You'll provide safety and support to staff, patients, and visitors, navigating the demanding yet fulfilling environment of healthcare security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide access control for healthcare facilities
• Monitor incidents using surveillance systems
• Conduct regular patrols for safety risks
• Respond to alarms and emergency calls
• Investigate and document irregularities
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED
• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
• Valid Security License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle physically demanding situations
