In this role, you'll provide security by managing caller situations, conducting interior and exterior patrols, and monitoring surveillance systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage difficult callers and de-escalate situations

• Engage with customers, employees, and visitors

• Perform regular patrols and secure all access points

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports

Requirements:

• Valid provincial security guard license

• Availability for flexible shifts, including overnight

• Minimum 1 year of security guard experience

• Strong computer skills for data entry

• High school diploma or equivalent
