Ensure that Trican’s core value, “Safe equipment and operations” is the priority in all activitiesRead diagrams/schematics for work proceduresOperate a hoist and lift device to position machinery in a safe mannerInspect and examine vehicles and equipmentService, diagnose, repair, assemble, and maintain vehicles and perform other routine maintenance workKeep up to date with industry standards and regulationsProvides guidance and instruction to less experienced operators, or apprentice maintenance personnelExperience &
Skills:
3rd or 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification is requiredCVIP is considered an assetField mechanic role will also be consideredValid Class 1 license preferred; will consider Class 3 or 5Heavy Equipment Technician will be an assetSafe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requestedPhysically fit – heavy lifting requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWhat Makes Us Attractive:
