YouthCounsellor (Full Time Overnights) Opportunity:
The Youth Counsellor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here s awake overnight shift is 11:30pm – 8:00am Wednesday – Sunday each week and is vital to ensure around-the-clock support. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

- Organized; with a strong focus on accurate and consistent record-keeping

- Shift differentials for overnight shifts
- Additional ½ hour paid lunch period

- Generous vacation time with 3 weeks of vacation per year to start
- We offer 3 additional statutory holidays for a total of 12 statutory holiday days each year
- An additional day off is also provided to be used during the Christmas holiday season
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services (or actively enrolled), e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- Experience working with young people is preferred.
- Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, IRC, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.
On-site location in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
