Youth Counsellor (Casual Overnights) Opportunity:

The Youth Counselor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here s awake overnight shift is 11:30pm – 8:00am and is vital to ensure around‑clock support. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well‑organized environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to constantly learn and evolve
• Organized; with a strong focus on accurate and consistent record‑keeping

• Competitive salary based on education and experience
• Shift differentials for overnight shifts
• Additional ½ hour paid lunch period

Qualifications
:

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services (or actively enrolled), e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
• Experience working with young people is preferred.
• Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, IRC, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.
