In this role, you will conduct Structured Analysis Family Evaluations (SAFE) and work with diverse applicants seeking kinship, foster, or adoptive care. The ideal candidate is experienced in assessment, family dynamics, and possesses strong writing skills for comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review applicant files thoroughly

• Establish rapport quickly with families

• Interview adults, children, and support workers

• Complete reference checks efficiently

• Write and edit SAFE home studies

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree or approved equivalent

• Minimum 3 years in human services

• Registered Social Worker (RSW) credential

• SAFE training considered an asset

• Strong writing and assessment abilities
