In this full-time role, you will work directly with individuals facing legal challenges and connect them with necessary resources. Explain court procedures and clients' responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. You'll also develop key partnerships with community organizations to enhance client support and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clarify legal aid and court processes to clients
• Assist clients in court preparations
• Direct clients to relevant community resources
Requirements:
• Extensive understanding of Indigenous cultures
• Good working knowledge of justice system operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Up-to-date criminal record and child interventions check
Use your skills to support the legal journey of clients as a Family Court Worker with NCSA.
