As a Full-Time Family Facilitator, you will work under the Family Resource Network, serving families with children 0-18 and youth up to age 24. McMan has a strong reputation for delivering impactful services and fostering community connections. Your background in human services and group facilitation will enable you to support children's emotional and social development effectively. Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be necessary to meet diverse community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate educational groups for families

• Promote understanding of child milestones

• Offer mentorship in emotional and behavioral areas

• Link families to necessary community resources

• Provide advocacy and support for families

Requirements:

• Diploma in human services from an accredited institution

• 2+ years in community program facilitation

• Proof of relevant certifications and membership

• First Aid and CPR certification needed

• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
