Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in meaningful activities daily
• Implement personalized support plans effectively
• Facilitate life skills programming and healthy habits
• Use communication strategies for an inclusive setting
• Promote socialization and community involvement
Requirements:
• Grade 12, GED, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• First Aid/CPR Level C certification required
• Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
