In this temporary position, you will provide case management to new immigrants and refugees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and determine required services

• Develop service plans with clear goals and timelines

• Offer support for accessing health and community resources

• Conduct individual and group orientation sessions on settlement topics

• Maintain client files and ensure confidentiality

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Degree in Social Work/Human Services or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience with newcomers

• Valid class 5 driver's license and insurance

• Child Intervention Record Check
