Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with stakeholders including students and hosts

• Support cultural understanding for hosts and families

• Conduct in-person training and orientations

• Maintain accurate records and communication

• Respond compassionately to crisis situations

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• Community College Certificate or Diploma

• Public speaking and event planning skills

• Exceptional customer service background

• Valid driver's license and clear background checks
