Job Summary

The Sports Instructor is a hands‑on role that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The instructor is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and cultivating a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities
  • Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
  • Communicate game‑day information to players and parents using established platforms.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills.
Qualifications
  • Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter, able to work independently.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season (~7 weeks).

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
